Consultancy Recently I have been developing a consultancy service where I can come into your school or nursery. I have outlined a number of ways of approaching this based on experience. Each of these emerged out of specific needs of a school.
Working in the classroom modelling the Brain Gym programme outlined in workshops.
Working with small groups or individual pupils who have specific difficulties. Initially assessing each individual and setting up a Brain Gym programme to be carried out daily by staff, classroom teacher or assistants. Then monitoring the programme through time.
Advice, guidance and monitoring on developing an ongoing Brain Gym Programme within a school.
Cluster Groups – overseeing the implementation of a Brain Gym Programme through Nursery to Secondary.

Individuals Personal Development I use Brain Gym every day to prepare myself for work in the morning. I complete a sequence of movements called PACE when I get up in the morning. I have noticed that I am more focused about work and my thinking is much clearer.
