All our inset modules and trainings can contribute towards CPD (Brainwise is a registered CPD Provider with the GTC). We offer a balance between theory and practise to allow participants to understand the background to the programme and the practical reality of introducing it in the learning environment.

Individuals Personal Development
I use Brain Gym ® every day to prepare myself for work in the morning. I complete a sequence of movements called PACE when I get up in the morning.I have noticed that I am more focused about work and my thinking is much clearer.I carry out Brain Gym ® when doing specific tasks. When reading I do Brain Buttons and Lazy 8’s before or during to develop my tracking and midline skills. I really enjoy doing Cooks Hook ups when worried or as an aid to thinking and I always feel more relaxed and centred after them.
I also use Brain Gym ® before and during trainings and workshops so I can remain centred and focused. I find it helpful in releasing any physical tensions experienced during the training. FinallyI integrate Brain Gym with my personal outcomes. I use the“balancing process” to incorporate the movements into a context where neurological switching can take place when thinking or exploring outcomes. It has been a great help in ensuring I can stay centred and focused and open to thinking around issues which may emerge from exploring and setting out on a new outcome or developing existing ones
