• Apreparation for classroom work in the morning or after breaks and intervals 
• A classroom management strategy eg. to calm children down and help them focus.
• a way of enhance performance eg. before creative writing or mental arithmetic, as part of a writing programme.
• A help those children who are finding learning challenging.
