Early Years / Nursery/ Infants - I have experience of using Brain Gym ® in an early Years learning environment in a number of ways:

• As a set up for the beginning of the day, after snack and lunch.
• Incorporating the Brain Gym ® movements to support  3 – 5 Curriculum, EYFS and Birth to 3 Matters.
• Way of managing the learning environment - transitions, breaks, windy days and a calmer down.
